Mashed Cauliflower & Potatoes
Cauliflower and Potato Mashed Potatoes
Fantastic for those people in the family who don’t eat a lot of veggies. Most can’t even tell that these are not just all potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 3 tbs salted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic
- garlic salt
- pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut potatoes and cauliflower into 1.5-inch cubes
- Place potatoes and garlic cloves in water and boil for 10 minutes before adding cauliflower to the water
- Boil all together until soft enough to mash
- Mash like you would normal potatoes with salt, almond milk, butter, and pepper.
- Enjoy!
