Mashed Cauliflower & Potatoes

Cauliflower and Potato Mashed Potatoes

Fantastic for those people in the family who don’t eat a lot of veggies.  Most can’t even tell that these are not just all potatoes



  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 3 tbs salted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • garlic salt
  • pepper to taste


  1. Cut potatoes and cauliflower into 1.5-inch cubes
  2. Place potatoes and garlic cloves in water and boil for 10 minutes before adding cauliflower to the water
  3. Boil all together until soft enough to mash
  4. Mash like you would normal potatoes with salt, almond milk, butter, and pepper.
  5. Enjoy!
